2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on wtc88. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the point of registration.
Account details — including your full name, phone number, and payment information — must match your actual identity. wtc88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs through your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is your responsibility. wtc88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from user negligence.
Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation. Enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended for added account security.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the wtc88 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Sharing your account or granting account access to any third party, including family members.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through dishonest means, including registering multiple accounts.
- Taking any action that undermines the integrity of the games or is detrimental to other users.
- Posting content that is defamatory, threatening, or unlawful through any communication channel within the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of outstanding balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the wtc88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using available local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them. The use of bank accounts or e-wallets belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account freezing and funds being held pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are determined by the selected payment method and are subject to change. Withdrawals will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after the request is verified. wtc88 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal.
Any deposit or withdrawal attempt found to be connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the funds in question will be held until the investigation is concluded.

- Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Wtc88 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. We are not liable for any loss of profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Wtc88's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
A user account may be suspended or permanently closed for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, receipt of stolen credit cards or illicit funds, account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months, or at the user's own request. Any remaining balance in an account closed at the user's request will be returned once identity verification is complete.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the wtc88 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and code — is the exclusive property of wtc88 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites that are beyond wtc88's control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. You access any third-party links at your own risk.
Wtc88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation before any further action is taken.
